For Colette

Even though you were told that you did not matter God says:

“You are my child” 

Isaiah 44:2 “I am your Creator. You were in my care even before you were born”

Even though you were told that you did not belong God says:

“You are a member of My household”

Ephesians 1:10 “His unchanging plan has always been to adopt you into His own family by bringing you to himself through Jesus Christ”

Even though you were told that you were unacceptable and not worthy of love God says:

“You are acceptable in My eyes and loved in My arms”

Ephesians 1:4 “In Christ He chose you before the world was made so that you would be His holy child without blame before Him.”

Hosea 2:19-23 “And I will make you my promised bride forever. I will be good and fair; I will show you my love and mercy. I will be true to you as my promised bride and you will know me, your Lord. At that time I will speak to you says the Lord. I will speak to the skies, and they will give rain to the earth. The earth will produce grain, new wine, and oil; much will grow because you my child are called Jezreel (God plants). I will plant you in the land, and I will show pity to you who was not shown pity. I will say you are my child to you who was told you were not mine. And you will say to me you are my God.”

Even though you were told there was no hope for you know that I have a new life for you:

“In My plan there is a purpose for Colette.

In My family there is a place for Colette.

In My eyes there is unconditional acceptance for Colette.

In My arms there is everlasting love for Colette.

In My Resurrection there is a new life for Colette.”

“Because of My sacrifice all debt has been paid and all sins forgiven for those who believe in me.”

Luke 5: 36-38 “And no one ever pours new wine into old wineskins. If he does, the new wine will burst the skins, the wine will run out and the wineskins will be ruined. No, new wine must be poured into new wineskins.”
